● Material Sourcing

Select high-quality fabrics, filling materials and accessories to enhance the durability of the plush toys and ensure safety.

● Fabric cutting

Laser cutting and CNC (computer) cutting machines are the main methods of cutting.

● Embroidery

Main application areas of embroidery- Face features: eyes, nose, mouth (such as the embroidery nose and smiling mouth of a teddy bear)

● Sewing

1.Piece matching: Arrange the pieces in order to ensure that the symmetrical parts match correctly.

2. Sew the internal structure (such as the head and limbs) first, and then assemble the whole.

● Stuffing

1.Reserve filling port: Usually leave a 10-15cm opening at the back or bottom.

2. Layered filling: First fill small parts such as limbs and ears, then fill the main body.

● Inspection

1.Initial inspection (after sewing): Check whether the stitches are firm and whether there are holes.

● Testing

1 .Lay the plush toys flat on the conveyor belt to avoid overlapping or piling.

2.The recommended speed is s10 m/min (refer to the equipment instructions for details).

3.lf an alarm occurs, stop the machine immediately and check the toys manually
