Design Concept

-Highly restored dog breed characteristics

-Exterior proportions: short legs, erect ears, rounded head, highlighting the short and sturdy body proportions (refer to the height ratio of the real dog breed 1:2).

-Hair texture: white imitation lambskin or short velvet fabric is used to simulate the touch of the fluffy hair of the West Highland Terrier, and the tail design is slightly upturned.

Facial details:

-Eyes: black oval button eyes (or embroidery process), with a light pink nose (avoid sharp accessories).

-Expression: The corners of the mouth are slightly raised, conveying a friendly and playful temperament.

Safety and durability

-Material safety: filled with environmentally friendly PP cotton, the fabric has passed the EN71-3 (EU) and CPSIA (US) chemical safety tests.

-Stable structure: double-line stitching of joints (such as neck and limbs), through 50N tensile test, to prevent children from tearing and breaking.

-Zero-risk accessories: Use hot melt to fix the eyes/nose, or full embroidery process to eliminate the risk of falling off.

A: - Raw material testing. Test the color fastness, pH value, and flammability of fabrics and the pp cotton fillings.

- Production process monitoring. Dog plush toys fabric cutting is done by laser cutting to ensure accurate size and avoid burrs. The stitch density is uniform during sewing.

Filling is quantitatively controlled by electronic scales to avoid uneven filling.

- Finished product inspection. Manually check the suture firmness, appearance defects or stains one by one. Machine testing, simulating children tearing and biting (such as tensile testing machine testing seam strength)

- Pre-packaging random inspection. Randomly inspect 10%-15% before wholesale to ensure quality again

-Certification testing. Passed EN71, ASTMF963 and other tests. The factory is ISO9001 certified
